Anja Söger

Anja Söger is an Ethnologist (M.A.) and certified Systemic Consultant (ISB, IPOS). She works in the fields of organizational development, strategic consulting, change management, and training. Her mission: to safely navigate clients through their transformation processes, support them with professional insights, connect development with meaning, and bring employees along on the journey.

Anja Söger has been a Senior Consultant at Public One since 2022. Since 2009, she has been self-employed and works for organizations in international cooperation, regional churches, universities, research institutions, foundations, administration, and non-governmental organizations. Prior to her self-employment, she worked as a permanent employee (GTZ/GIZ and Malteser Hilfsdienst) and therefore also has a good understanding of the in-house perspective.

Stefan Friedrichs

Stefan Friedrichs was from 2007 to 2014 managing director and shareholder of Public One Ltd. As Senior Partner with Public One his current responsibilities lie with core themes such as executive personnel, organisational development and transitional change.

Prof. Dr. Stefan Jung

Prof. Dr. Stefan Jung is co-founder of Public Ltd. Berlin. Having been acting partner from 2000 to 2009 he is today senior partner and member of the executive board.

Claus Schöngraf

Claus Schöngraf has been Senior Consultant with Public One since 2017 and specialises in consulting public as well as social and civil society organizations. At the Leadership Academy for Church and Diakonie he completed the study program Management in Social Organizations (MSO).

Katharina Brudereck

Katharina Brudereck holds a degree in psychology (Ruhr-University Bochum), is a systemic consultant and therapist (DGSF), supervisor and mediator (hsi, Heidelberg). She specializes in team supervision, executive coaching and mediation of team conflicts.

Thorsten Trede

Thorsten Trede has been Managing Director of APPLICATIO Training & Management GmbH since 1999 and works as an expert with Public One primarily in the field of training (Capacity Development) in developing countries. In addition, he specializes in project planning and monitoring & evaluation of development projects and the establishment of corresponding systems.

Inga Markwart

Inga Markwart is a trainer and consultant for innovation and change management as well as business model development. She specializes in private sector development projects within the framework of international development cooperation and advises startups, SMEs, and private sector organizations on funding opportunities.

Fabian Rhiel

Fabian Rhiel is a systemic coach, facilitator, and innovation guide. He has many years of experience in public sector consulting and is passionate about human-centered design, interactive event planning, professional development, and team support.

Dr. Gudrun Henne

As a systemic consultant and sparring partner, Dr. Gudrun Henne advises organizations and executives at the top level in German, English, and French on strategy, leadership, communication, and conflict. In her collaboration with Public One on complex consulting projects, she appreciates the fantastic team spirit, the honest exchange, and the exciting projects.
